Incentives

The following commercial incentives will be offered under the Special Technology Zone Authority Act, 2021.
10 Years Tax Holidays on:
• Income taxes
• Turnover taxes
• Capital gains taxes
• Sales taxes
• custom duty on imports of capital goods
• Dividend income and capital gains on venture capital funds

Non-Financial Incentives

• Premium location in the second largest city of Pakistan
• Long term lease – 33 years (extendable) period at subsidized / nominal lease rentals
• Special forex regime under which 100% repatriation of profits and funds are allowed through an easy process
• State of the art infrastructure including high speed internet, uninterrupted electricity and sustainable working
environment
• One window operation including legal & financial services, business feasibility studies, banking, company registration
and facilitation in acquisition of utilities
