Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Abdul Khalil is a highly accomplished professional with over two decades of experience who has been serving as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) cum Company Secretary at LKPC since October 2017. His contributions to the organization have been invaluable, and his dedication and expertise have earned him the additional responsibility of Acting Chief Executive Officer from April 2021 to October 2022. Mr. Khalil is a distinguished fellow member of multiple national and international professional institutes, including the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants UK. These memberships attest to his commitment to professional development and his adherence to high standards of excellence. He completed his MBA from Asia University Malaysia, further enhancing his business acumen. Mr. Khalil has also earned the recognition of being a Certified Director approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), highlighting his competence in corporate governance.
